Return Period

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can return them within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. (You cannot return your personalized products.)

Return Conditions

The products you will return must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
• Products must be unused and in resalable condition.
• All accessories and documentation that came with the products must also be returned.

Return Procedure

You can follow the steps below for the products you want to return:

1. Reach Dyenote customer service via email or phone.
2. Inform our customer service representative of the information about the products you wish to return and the reason for your return.
3. Our customer service representative will provide you with instructions for return.
4. Package and ship the products in accordance with the return instructions.

Refund

After the products you return reach the Seller, the products will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the products are found to be in compliance with the return conditions, the Seller will refund the amount you paid within 14 (fourteen) days. The refund will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the purchase.

Exceptions

In accordance with Article 15 of the Law, the right of return cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products that are impossible to return due to their nature or that are perishable or may expire quickly.
• Disposable products.
• Sound or video recordings, software and computer programs, those whose sealed packages have been opened.
• Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines.
• Digital content delivered instantly electronically.

Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees or courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this policy.
