Return Period

Refund
After the products you return reach the Seller, the products will be checked for compliance with the return conditions. If the products are found to be in compliance with the return conditions, the Seller will refund the amount you paid within 14 (fourteen) days. The refund will be made in accordance with the payment method you used for the purchase.
Exceptions
In accordance with Article 15 of the Law, the right of return cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products that are impossible to return due to their nature or that are perishable or may expire quickly.
- Disposable products.
- Sound or video recordings, software and computer programs, those whose sealed packages have been opened.
- Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines.
- Digital content delivered instantly electronically.
